Description:
Intrinsic ERFE IETM ELISA는 혈청 내 인간 Erythroferrone(ERFE)의 정량 분석을 위해 설계된 검사 키트입니다. 본 키트는 mercaptoethanol(머캅토에탄올), azide(아지드) 또는 mercury(수은) 기반 방부제를 포함하지 않습니다.
Erythroferrone(ERFE)은 erythropoietin(에리스로포이에틴)에 반응하여 골수 내 erythroblast(적혈구모세포)에서 생성되는 호르몬입니다. 최근 동물 연구에 따르면, ERFE는 스트레스성 조혈(stress erythropoiesis) 특이적 hepcidin(헵시딘) 발현 조절 인자로 작용하는 것으로 밝혀졌습니다.
ERFE는 간에서 hepcidin 발현을 억제함으로써, 식이 철분 흡수 증가와 저장된 철분의 재활용을 촉진하여 출혈 또는 채혈로 인한 혈액 손실 회복에 필요한 철분 공급에 기여합니다. 또한 ERFE는 베타 지중해빈혈(beta-Thalassemia)과 같은 유전성 철 과부하 빈혈(inherited iron loading anemias)에서 hepcidin 조절 과정에 관여하는 것으로 확인되었습니다.
